Earth - Physical Play
Spend time at the Edmunds' family dojo, 1km from Elemental and try an intense personal Pilates session, learn some self-defence, do an exercise circuit or try some relaxing Tai-Chi or Yoga in the garden.
Fire - Creative Inspiration
Learn some basic Limestone (Whiterock) carving and take home a souvenir of your holiday made by you! Or sit in the Art room and try your hand at some new crafts. If you're really keen, we can connect you to some wonderful local artists for a 1-1 art lesson.
Water - Pure Relaxation
Maybe you'd like to soak your feet and receive a relaxing foot massage or lie still and listen to the pure sounds of Quartz Singing Bowls played by a qualified sound healing guide, in a personal session just for you or your significant other?
After all that, you'll be ready to breathe deeply with the Air Element and sleep soundly having balanced your Elemental Energy!
